Channels
Reach your agent from the apps you already use — Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack and more.
A channel connects your agent to a messaging service so you can talk to it from your phone. Once connected, messages you send there reach the same agent, with the same memory and the same skills.
What you can connect
| Channel | Typical use |
|---|---|
| Telegram | The quickest to set up. Good for notifications and commands. |
| Personal messaging, including the Cloud API for business numbers. | |
| Signal | When privacy matters most. |
| Slack / Teams / Google Chat | Bringing the agent into a workplace. |
| Discord | Communities and shared servers. |
| Email / SMS | Alerts, one-time codes, anything without an app. |
| iMessage | Apple messaging, connected through a Photon relay. |
| Webhooks / API server | Wiring the agent into your own software. |
Connecting one
- 1Open Channels and click the one you want.
- 2Follow the panel — most need a bot token or an API key, and each links to the provider's own guide.
- 3Save, then enable it with the switch at the top of the panel.
- 4Restart the gateway when prompted so the change takes effect.
Who is allowed to talk to it
