It is not a workspace inside our product. It is an agent computer of your own, with your disk, your password and your keys, and we built it so that we could not get into it even if somebody made us.
One customer, one agent computer
Your own agent computer, with its own disk and its own IP address. Nothing is shared, nobody else's workforce runs beside yours, and there is no multi-tenant database with your rows in it.
We cannot sign in to it
You choose the password the first time you open it, and only a hash of it is ever written, on your machine. The credential we use to build the computer is destroyed the moment you set yours. We can restart the hardware for you. We cannot open the door.
Your keys, your provider, no middleman
Your model key is stored on your computer and calls Anthropic, OpenAI or whoever you chose directly. Your prompts never pass through an account of ours, because there is no account of ours to pass through. Point it at a model on your own hardware and nothing leaves at all.
We keep no copy of anything
No backups, no archive, no snapshot sitting in a bucket. That is a deliberate design decision rather than a gap: there is nothing for us to lose, nothing for anyone to subpoena from us, and nothing to leak in a breach. When you leave, it is genuinely gone.
