Do I need the app to use Activated Cloud OS?
No. The OS is a complete computer on its own and everything works from the screen it runs on. The app is how you reach it when you are not sitting in front of it.
What do I need before I can pair?
Activated Cloud OS installed on a computer you leave running, and both devices on the same network for the first pairing. The OS is a free download for Mac.
Does my data go through your servers?
No. Your agent runs on your machine and your files stay on it. The app talks to that machine directly; there is no account in the middle holding your conversations.
What happens when I close the app?
Whatever your agent was doing carries on. Long jobs keep running on the computer it lives on, and you get a notification when something needs you.
Can I pair more than one phone?
Yes. Each phone pairs with its own scan, so you, or everyone on a team, can have one. Any of them can be revoked from the computer at any time.
When is it out?
The app is in final testing for iOS and Android. It ships free, and it is the same app on both.
